For Unopened and Unused merchandise, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy (minus the standard 20% restocking fee). All returns are assessed by our standard 20% restocking fee. 

• Buyer must contact Player2EV before returning any merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent back without authorization.
• For items that have been opened or installed: only the manufacturer’s warranty applies, no refund or return is allowed.
• If you send back an open, installed, or damaged item it will be sent back to you, and you will be charged for shipping the item back to you.
• For purchases older than 30 days, Player2EV will determine if the return will be allowed and a restocking fee of up to 50% can be applied. 
• Effective March 1st, 2020, we will be unable to refund your processing fees when we cancel or refund your order. The original processing fees (US 3% / INT 4.5%) will be withheld from your refund.
• No Returns are allowed on Special Order Items, and Tools.

Package Refusal Policy

If you need to return an item, you will need to contact us to make arrangements and obtain an RMA#. Refusing a package will not result in it being sent back to our location. We reserve the right to refuse all inbound packages without a prior authorized return arrangement or RMA#.
